Actually, I believe the ONE trait all charismatic people have in common is that they truly don't CARE about how they come across or whether or not they are seen as charismatic. They are too PASSIONATE about the message they are trying to get across... too in love with the subject they are trying to teach or the change they are working for...
ReplyDeleteYou know, I totally agree with you. When you are passionate about something, your passion is not staged and so your charisma comes naturally. I think that when people are passionate and comfortable in what they do and believe in, the charisma factor is just there. However, perhaps some people just haven't found their niche yet or still need to develop their confidence. I believe that everyone has charisma, but that it has to be developed by finding their passion and by developing their confidence both in the subject of their passion and in themselves.
